The battle for Ong Thang has ended and many have been killed on both sides. With a minor US victory a short respite is about to get turned on its head.

The NVA 251^st Regiment of the 9^th Division and a number of veteran VC independent companies couldn’t sustain their pressure when desperately need supplies couldn’t get through the US blockade and have instead resorted to hit and run attacks on begun making new tunnel systems.

B Company – Elements

Platoons 1st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 1^st Recon and a needed MASH Medic Core have been dropped into as casivac isn’t on option at this time. Bodies need to be gathered, dog tags collected and preparation for a mass evac of the dead made ready.

Our story follows a desperate situation for the US troops on the ground and an opportunity for the beaten NVA to take use of the US ‘leave no man behind’ ideology. Bodies need to be recovered and prepped. Full mission briefs will be released a week before the event after we see what numbers we have.

For this one, we will be opening the bookings with two sides.

US:

US 25^th infantry (Green machine)

Aus SAS

VC 272^nd Civilian (PJs)

PAVN 14^th Regiment (NVA Greens and pith helmet)

Both sides will have a fixed and out of game HQ with maps and radios.

Welcome to the War guys

Hi all and welcome to the next instalment of our epic Vietnam story.  This is a full on FilmSim experience and everyone will be expected to play his or her part.  Like Milsim, you may not be pulling your trigger all of the time, however when the shit hits the fan, it will really mean something.  We hope everyone can get fully immersed, live, eat and breathe the 1960s conflict.

On this note as many may have seen from Facebook announcements, only one small group of Navy seals will be allowed as we have started to notice a trend of more guys wanting to go SF. The NAM game is supposed to be all about the grunts on the ground for both sides.

We can offer full rental kit for anyone that needs if for free and period rifles are only £20 for the weekend. This will include 3 x 30rnd mags to get you going.

For this game you will need:

Full camping equipment

Water – drinking

Airsoft Kit (if you have it)

Food and booze for the socials.

Please try to bring and use period (ish) kit only if you can, NOTHING modern looking can be taken into the field or it MUST be disguised to not break the immersion of the camp.

There will be an out of game camping area too for guys will plastic tents.

WE HAVE A HUGE PILE OF FREE LOAD KIT TOO!!

Gates open at 3pm for those that want to get onsite early.

Saturday

Registration re-opens at 8.00am

Briefing at 9.30am

Game starts around 10am

Game will finish when it finishes!

Sunday

Briefing at 9.30am

Game will re-start at 10am

Game will finish no later than 1pm

We will provide field radios and maps for the commanders in the field.  PLEASE do not bring personal comms, only platoon radios will be allocated and used.
