Tuddenham Site Hire Information
Overview
Hire our Tuddeham site exclusively for your own event. The venue will be available for your use from Friday through Sunday, offering complete access and privacy for your group.
Pricing & Booking
- Weekend Hire Cost: £1,500 (This covers up to 30 Players)
- Additional Players: £30 per person (This is for any Players above your first 30)
- Security Deposit: £800 (non-refundable)
- Final Balance: Due no later than 28 days prior to your hire date
Your booking is only confirmed once the £800 security deposit has been received. The final payment must be made by the due date to retain your reservation.
Site Access & Timings
- Arrival: From 9:00 on Friday (Earlier access can be arranged to be to on Thursday with an extra cost of £150)
- Departure: From 15:00 on Sunday
- A member of our team will be on-site during handover to confirm the area has been left clean and tidy.
Facilities Included
- Toilets: Two portable toilets included (additional units available at £150 each)
- Rubbish: There is a skip for general waste. Please ensure waste is in bin liners.
Facilities Not Included
- Power: There is no power on site. The admin building has lighting and socket outlets installed which can be powered by a portable generator. You will need a lead with a 32A socket to connect your generator to the wall inlet.
- Insurance: Event insurance not included. This can be arranged through us at an additional cost if required.
- Water: There is no running water on site. You will need to bring any water required for drinking or washing with you.
Terms & Conditions
By booking, you agree to the following:
- Deposit & Payment
- The £800 deposit is non-refundable and secures your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 28 days before your event.
- Any additional charges incurred during your hire must be settled by the end of the hire period.
- Insurance & Permissions
- You are responsible for arranging adequate event insurance, unless otherwise agreed.
- If your event requires a Temporary Event Notice (TEN), you must confirm with us before applying, as only a limited number are permitted each year.
- Site Rules
- The site must be left clean and tidy at the end of your hire.
- No music or loud noise after 23:00.
- All vehicles must not exceed 10mph anywhere on site.
