Hire our site at Eversley Alpha for your own event.

The site will be made available for your exclusive use from the Friday through to the Sunday.

Total cost is £1500 for the weekend. This is fixed for up to 30 players. Additional players attract an additional charge of £30 per person.

A non-refundable security deposit of £800 is required to be paid before the site is reserved for you. The final balance is due no later than 28 days prior to the hire period.

Unless arranged with us otherwise, the following will apply:

• Access to site will be available from 1700 on the Friday.
• The site can be handed back to us from 1300 onwards on the Sunday – a member of our staff will attend to ensure that satisfactory cleanup has been carried out.
• Two porta-toilets are included. More can be provided at additional cost £150 each).
• A diesel generator is provided for the admin area. This will be supplied full of fuel. You are required to provide your own fuel for it and leave it full at the end of the weekend.
• A backup petrol generator is provided in case of main generator failure.
• No event insurance is included, this can be arranged at extra cost if needed.

By booking the site via this page you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Your hire of the site is reserved after paying the non-refundable £800 security deposit below.
• The balance is due no later than 28 days prior to the hire date.
• Any additional fees/charges incurred after this are due at the end of the hire period.
• It is your responsibility to provide adequate event insurance if required for your use. We can arrange for the use of ours at additional cost if needed.
• If a Temporary Event Notice is required for your activities, it is your responsibility to arrange this. You MUST check with us before applying, as only a limited number are permitted per year per premises.
• The site will be left in a clean and tidy condition before you leave.
• No music/noise after 2300.
• All vehicles using the access road must keep their speed to a minimum (below 10mph) and give priority to walkers/horse riders as it is designated as a public bridleway.
• The main access gate must be locked immediately after use and never left unattended if unlocked.
