Like a fevered body purging infection\, it hunts the source of its agony\, seeking to cauterise the wound with fire and fury. The STALKERS of the Vulture STALKER Syndicate are that infection\, and the Zone has no mercy left to offer.\n\nAs the STALKERS press toward the Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant\, the air thickens with radiation\, each breath more dangerous than the last. Mutated horrors descend upon them with death in their eyes. Anomalies writhe across the landscape\, malignant and unpredictable. Deadliest of all\, the Monolith’s fanatical cultists mobilise\, determined to end the STALKERS’ advance forever. The Zone demands retribution for the missile that reshaped it.\n\nThe land itself closes in. Rot chokes the forest and swallows the path forward. This means if we get single players or small groups booking on\, we can make sure we get full teams. All the teams will be encouraged to use a private group on facebook to organise themselves and let us help craft your teams together. \nThese stalker groups can have whatever set up you want as long as one takes the command role (no one needs to be in charge\, but they get the radios) and a Tinker Engineer\, otherwise you won’t be coming home with loot. \nAny period camo can be used but we have added some simple ideas to help get the feels. Each member will get a badge for the team there in and remember….it has to be camo from 90s or civilian!! \nExample…\nGreen trousers\, British woodland smock Commander\, Glock 17 with two mags holding 12 rounds in each\, 2 two way radios\, rucksack with water\, 1 days rations\, sterilised water\, bottle of alcohol (medicinal) some pegs and rope 30ft. Old brit 58 patter canvas webbing with mixed pouches for quick stashing and two extra respirator filters (3 B Grade 20 min filters) to give him an extra 40 mins in the field and a compass. Also extra gels and respirator just in case his other one gets damaged. \n \nEngineer\, Revolver with 6 rounds and a pump shotgun with 10 shells\, small toolbox and a few battery powered tools. Respirator with 3 grade b filters\, large rucksack for stash. Wrench and crowbar. Also has some electronics and a small gas-powered stove. Also using 58 pattern webbing\, these pouches are filled with all sorts of lubricants and oils in small plastic jars. Water and a 1 day ration pack. \nOther than guns and ammo\, filters and radios\, all the other supplies in the bags are owned by the players in case they come in handy. \n \nIMPORTANT – The game has a mechanic for ammo and filters. Its important EVERYONE PLAYS with the real steel ammo limits loaded in mags. We have a load of cartridges which can be found in game or gambled with and will be worth x when traded in at a trader for more usable ammo. We have chosen dollars as it was a damn site easier to get hold of as a prop. \nCurrency in the game is easy too. \n$ Dollars or Bullets(Cartridges) which we will be suppling!!! \nUse these to buy chits and supplies.

The remaining £40 balance must be paid on arrival. \nRegistration will open at 8am Saturday 4th July. \nStart Time: 10am Sat 4th July \nDuration: 13hrs continous \nThe operation\nThe small Latino country of San Marcos situated in central south America has been besieged by a civil war that has consumed its people for 3 years. The president Col Gustavo Calderon has total control of the state’s army and police\, relying on the support of the Mendoza Cartel for financial support. \nThe hammer behind the civil war is the exiled president\, Alfonzo Minaroe whose support come from the CIA and the US government. There are two guerrilla factions that have their own training camps that support Minaroe\, The Diablos and the Angeles. Due to the nature of these ‘freedom fighters’ and their political interests being very different\, they don’t get on and have been known to engage each other over political differences. Unfortunately for Minaroe both factions have been promised a place in the San Marcos assembly hall as new founded political parties. The CIA is very unhappy with this agreement\, as a number of the factions have fanatical extremists and some are wanted by the CIA for crimes again the US. \nOperation Dante is the brainchild of Walter Mankin\, the head of the CIA operations in south America\, also has been the head of a number of other successful operations in south America. \nThe Teams\n\n\nFreedom Fighters\n\nDiablos freedom fighters (8 places): Red bandana/scarf (Communist)\nAngeles freedom fighters (8 places): Blue bandana/scarf (Fascist)\n\n\n\nUS & State Forces\n\nCIA operatives (8 places): Multicam/cobra hoods/ghillie Can use a drone for reconnaissance. Can use civilian (plain every day clothes) to move around the camp to gather intel.  Any suspicious behaviour however will be met with interrogation and possible removal.\nSan Marcos state troopers (14 places): US BDU woodland\, marpat. Mich Helmet or black beret.\n\n\n\nAt the start of the game\, this faction will be with the freedom fighters playing out an op4 role for the freedom fighters training\, however\, this will also give the players playing state troops and opportunity to learn the layout of the camp. \nThe Primary objectives\nCIA operatives with support from US Special Forces are to deploy in the northern rain forests of San Marcos to observe a new joint Minaroe training camp where both factions of freedom fighters will be trained together.  They need to identify a number of HVTs during the day so they can try to extradite them to stand trial in the US and remove their influence from the possible government of Minaroe. COVERT!! \nThe freedom fighters must try to get along and train together for an important task. More will be revealed closer to the time. The beginning of the game will be filled with small set piece objectives and improvised weaponizing. \nState Police will be trying to catch and arrest as many freedom fighters and HVTs as possible from the start of their operation later in the event. \nEach faction will have a media set up for pre-event communication.  This kind of event entirely relies on role-play and the right person at the right game and in the right faction.

Our specialist themed events are a mixture of role-play and airsoft which are designed to give the players the feeling of being a character in a film. To achieve this\, we try to strike a balance between realism and fun which will be different for each type of event.\n\nOur Themed Events are ticket only premium experiences which last over two days. They are not intended as “walk-on” days and have uniform\, weapon and equipment restrictions which must be adhered to to assure an immersive experience for everyone.\n\nOur focus is on delivering an immersive experience to our customers. Players will work in units to achieve realistic military themed objectives over the course of the weekend. Each faction is run by a dedicated command team who are there to ensure your experience is the best that we can deliver. We have an extensive range of props including many period items that will be used to deliver the authenticity and create immersion.\n\nPlayers are expected to wear the correct clothing\, carry appropriate weapons and equipment as well as buying into the story and role-playing their character. Expect a lot less shooting than an open day skirmish – players are expected to work together\, obey orders and rules of engagement and stay “on-mission”.\n\nWhat can I expect?\n\nEngagements are usually fast and furious\, with the preference being to break contact and rethink your approach rather than get involved in a sustained firefight with multiple casualties – grab your wounded and bug out!\n\nIn most of our weekend events we go guns down in the evening sometimes with the option of night missions for those who want them\, before resuming the following day. Players are encouraged to stay in character in the evening and camp in the game zone where possible. To do this we are using the awesome County wars rules set with addition inspiration from the old Flying lead game.\n\n\n\nGame Mechanics:\nPrimary mechanic\nFind a dig site with a fossil in it and get digging – We will be buying and casting fossils and bones in materials that will need you to chip away at them in the field\, or you can try and bring them back to the camp and get others to do it. There are risks in both ways. Finding a fossil\, getting legal paperwork…or not….and extracting it well enough to sell it to a museum.\nWooden crates loaded with wooden shavings to transport are a must.\n\n  \n\nSecondary mechanics\nSecondary mechanics may vary from game to game but ones that will always be the same are Gambling in ‘The Right and Legal’ gambling house and Saloon or playing in the huts and camps. \nRoles you can play.\nAs with all Filmsim style games\, role play is at the for front of tis type of event. To help that we have a number of roles you can play that can bring something extra to the game.
