• He finished really quickly and is pretending the work is taking longer so we think he's worth more.
• He fell asleep waiting for something to upload/update.
• He is having a tough job bending the website to his will, and is stubbornly refusing to give up.
• He got sidetracked and is busy browsing some really technical website instead of doing what he's meant to.
• He got so excited at finally fixing a particularly tricky issue and finishing, that he forgot to turn this message back off.

Either way, the page will be back up and running soon (and might even look or work better!)
