SUMMARY:Lead County: Bone Wars 2
DESCRIPTION:Hi all and welcome the FilmSim’s next cowboy adventure.\n\n£75 ticket\, secured by a £35 non-refundable deposit below\, with the £40 balance payable on arrival.\n\n\n\nLead County\nA ROOTIN’ TOOTIN’ ADVENTURE\nLead County is a non-stop weekend of airsoft set in the wild west. We have chosen our game to be placed around the 1880s Dinosaur bone rush \, and will be set in the infamous prospectors camp of Cope and Marsh in Colorado. All players will be individuals and want to make their own fortune\, though 5 man digging teams can formed to help accomplish this goal. The game is all about making money\, drinkin whiskey\, playing poker\, donging bullet’s and becoming the most famous dinosaur discoverer in the west. To do this we are using the awesome County wars rules set with addition inspiration from the old Flying lead game.\n\n\n\nGame Mechanics:\nPrimary mechanic\nFind a dig site with a fossil in it and get digging – We will be buying and casting fossils and bones in materials that will need you to chip away at them in the field\, or you can try and bring them back to the camp and get others to do it. There are risks in both ways. Finding a fossil\, getting legal paperwork…or not….and extracting it well enough to sell it to a museum.\nWooden crates loaded with wooden shavings to transport are a must.\n\n  \n\nSecondary mechanics\nSecondary mechanics may vary from game to game but ones that will always be the same are Gambling in ‘The Right and Legal’ gambling house and Saloon or playing in the huts and camps. \nRoles you can play.\nAs with all Filmsim style games\, role play is at the for front of tis type of event. To help that we have a number of roles you can play that can bring something extra to the game. These roles are taken at the start of the game and can only be changed if you die.\n\n  \n\nRoles\nThe prospector – Couth\nPermit – Can have a single firing weapons from the standard weapons list1 bandageGet an extra 10% from right and legal sales.\n\n  \n\nThe prospector – Un-Couth\nPermit – Can have a single firing weapon from the standard weapons list.1 bandagesGet an extra 10% from black market sales\n\n  \n\nExcavators – Diggers\nPermit – Can have a single firing weapons from the standard weapons list1 bandageCan charge to dig and gives an extra 10% value to the fossilTools of trade – Pick axe and spade\n\n  \n\nExcavators – Cleaners\nThem kind that chips away and uses brushes1 bandageGet an extra 25% value to the fossilTools of trade – chisels and brushes\n\n  \n\nDentists – the travelling Docs of the west\n1 bandageThese folks can heal ya for $5 a bandageTools of trade – 6 red bandages\n\n  \n\nRogue\nToo lazy to dig themselves\, these son bitches gamble all day and try their luck at robbing. The can sell to both R&L and black market but if they get caught and a bounty on them they can only use the black market until the pay their dues to the camp.Permit – Can have a single firing weapons from the standard weapons list1 bandageTools of trade – pillow case with eyes cut out\n\n  \n\nCamp regulators – only 5 places per game.\nPermit – Can have 2 single firing weapons from the standard weapons list1 bandageCollect on bounties/complete security jobsTools of trade – manacles\n\n  \n\nRight and Lawful (R&L)\nAs long as your paper work is in order\, you’ll get full price on your fossils and winnings.Couth and law abiding will get most from this\n\n  \n\nBlack market\nWill buy and trade anything but at 25% lessUn-Couth and care free will get the most out of this\n\n  \n\nStarting gear\nEveryone starts with 18 bullets/shots1 bandageAnd if they start with a permit\, they can have a gun\, otherwise they will need to buy one.Tools of trade – needed to help perform their roles\n\n  \n\nMore to follow including camp folk (you can be a store holder in town role RP RP RP)\n\n  \n\nThe standard Wild West filmsim rules will apply. SUMMARY:Red Mist 8
DESCRIPTION:Red Mist 8\n\n\nStory to follow… \nAbout\nWelcome to the next installment of our series set in 1985 in a fictional scenario where the Cold War in Europe gets hot! Players will join a faction where using period uniforms\, weapons and kit they will undertake objectives and missions assigned to them by a dedicated command team for an authentic 1980s experience. \n\n\n\n\nTickets are £75 per person for the weekend\, secured by a non-refundable deposit paid below.\n\n\n\nSides\n\nNATO forces (UK/US)\n\nWARPAC forces (DDR/USSR)\n\n\n\nWhat do we do?\n\n\n\n\nFilmSim events were born from a love of Airsoft\, films\, computer games and role-play. Our specialist themed events are a mixture of role-play and airsoft which are designed to give the players the feeling of being a character in a film. To achieve this\, we try to strike a balance between realism and fun which will be different for each type of event.\n\nOur Themed Events are ticket only premium experiences which last over two days. They are not intended as “walk-on” days and have uniform\, weapon and equipment restrictions which must be adhered to to assure an immersive experience for everyone.\n\nOur focus is on delivering an immersive experience to our customers. Players will work in units to achieve realistic military themed objectives over the course of the weekend. Each faction is run by a dedicated command team who are there to ensure your experience is the best that we can deliver. We have an extensive range of props including many period items that will be used to deliver the authenticity and create immersion.\n\nPlayers are expected to wear the correct clothing\, carry appropriate weapons and equipment as well as buying into the story and role-playing their character. Expect a lot less shooting than an open day skirmish – players are expected to work together\, obey orders and rules of engagement and stay “on-mission”.\n\nWhat can I expect?\n\nEngagements are usually fast and furious\, with the preference being to break contact and rethink your approach rather than get involved in a sustained firefight with multiple casualties – grab your wounded and bug out!\n\nIn most of our weekend events we go guns down in the evening sometimes with the option of night missions for those who want them\, before resuming the following day. Players are encouraged to stay in character in the evening and camp in the game zone where possible. On an evening we encourage our players to socialise and will provide facilities for each team to do so in their dedicated camping area.\n\nCheck out our Cold War Airsoft Facebook Page for more details

SUMMARY:Okto Eight Milsim - Operation Kraken 4
DESCRIPTION:Operation Kraken 4\nPlease note – this is a MilSim\, NOT a skirmish. Please do not book a place unless you are able to comply with the uniform\, weapon and ammo limits\, as well as understand and accept that you may spend long periods without shooting anything.\nPRICE £85\nIn all cases\, team places must be reserved with a £45- non-refundable deposit – no walk on available. £40 balance due on arrival.\n\n  \n\nA unique email address must be submitted for each player as tickets and further information will be sent direct to each player.\n\n  \n\nPlayers must be 18 years of age or over – we may ask for proof.\n\n  \n\nChildren aged 16 and over are allowed to play providing they are accompanied by a playing parent or legal guardian.\n\n  \n\n\nStory:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCerberus is a secret organisation in the United States\, founded not long after the American revolution. They have powerful members and through history have influenced the direction that their country took. In recent years\, they haven’t been satisfied by the decisions taken and policies adopted. They started to plan a new order\, a new leadership. At the beginning of the Kraken series\, they got their hands on a doomsday weapon\, but this was foiled by interference from the US and other western governments in the form of the JTF and from a private security company called Phoenix who wanted the weapon to sell for profit.\n\nIn the last game\, we saw Cerberus travel to the Caribbean where they profited from drugs and other illegal trades.\n\nNow\, they have crossed the border into Canada and occupied a remote part of Manitoba. Taking advantage of friction between the USA and Canadian border authorities\, they have used their amassed funds and employed a virologist who operates under the code name Dr.Plum. He has engineered a virus named Purpleheart which is contact transferred to captured personnel by a spiky purple ball impregnated with the virus.\n\nThe infectors are members of Cerberus who are immunised and only they can infect the captured.\n\nInfected personnel which can be key members of society like politicians or law enforcement\, armed services etc become rogue sleepers. At some point\, they will go rogue and execute everybody in the vicinity with whatever weapon they have. The only way to stop them\, is to execute them before they can harm further.\n\nThe glitch\, is that nobody knows who’s been infected except Cerberus.\n\nOperation Kraken 4 will be a sequel adrenaline fuelled weekend of tactics\, asymmetrical warfare and role-play and is to be the twenty sixth game in this exciting Bad-To-The-Bone series.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLoadouts and Ruleset\n_______________________\n\nNATO JTF UNIT 37 SPECIAL FORCES\n============================\nMTP orMulticam* orTropic Multicam * orFlecktarn orAOR1 orConcamo\n\nTop and Bottom in matching camouflage – assault vests and chest rigs can be matching camo or solid green or tan – plate carriers ideal. As this is multi-agency\, you can wear law enforcement identification patches (DEA\, POLICE\, etc)US and NATO SF weaponry such as M4\, HK416/7\, SCAR is ideal.Headgear required – helmets\, reversed camo or plain baseball caps (must always be reversed) or plain or camo boonies.\n\n* multicam arid\, alpine and black NOT acceptable.\n\n  \n\n\n\nPhoenix PMC\n=========\nTop and bottom in solid colours such as green/olive drab\, grey\, black or tan.Casual style – cargo or tactical trousers with fleece\, T-shirt or soft-shell jacket\, all solid colours – no jeans.Boots to be tactical – no trainers.Headgear – baseball caps only – must be plain colour not camo. SUMMARY:Vietnam: "Grass Roots – Platoons"
DESCRIPTION:FilmSim Events in association with Gunman Airsoft proudly presents…\nSeptember Nam\n\nPlease note: We are no longer offering Saturday only tickets. You are still welcome to leave after Saturday’s gaming has finished if you wish (please let us know if this is your intention to help us with planning)\, but we’d love very much for you to stay with us and play out the culmination of story events on the Sunday morning if you can.\n\nAll tickets are secured with a £35 non-refundable deposit below\, balance of £40 to be paid on arrival.\n\n\nGunman Airsoft and FilmSim Events proudly presents… \n‘Grass Roots – Platoons’ \nNAM FilmSim \nGunman Eversley ‘The Fire Base’ \nSeptember 6-7 2025 \n£75 for the weekend with a £35 deposit \n  \nBattle of Ong Thanh – October 29 1967 \nThe battle for Ong Thang has been a continued balance of engagement and withdrawal for both sides.  The US has committed a number of Regiments and Battalions of the 1st infantry Division to area of operation and a small company of Australian SAS have been assigned to help them move around the area as they have been here for some time on black ops. \n  \nThe NVA 251st Regiment of the 9th Division and a number of veteran VC independent companies have recently bolstered the region after a number of heavy defeats.  A lack of supplies\, primarily food and medical has taken its toll on other elements of the 9th Division. \n  \nB Company – Elements \nPlatoons 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd\, 1st Recon\, 2 Recon units.  1st Medic Core. \nOur story follows a successive push the day before by the US A Company that was cunningly countered by hidden and waiting enemy.  This counter left an over extended number of platoons cut off and in small pockets fending for themselves over night. B Company has been deployed to try and find these ‘platoons’ and return then to a temporary LZ and for airlift. An aid station will also be set up at the LZ for any wounded found. \n  \nIts believed the NVA and VC elements have withdrawn from the region expecting a napalm strike but B Company has been warned to go in ready for anything. \n  \nThe search for the ‘PLATOONS’ is on… \n  \nSIDES. \nFor this one\, we will be opening the bookings with two sides. \nUS 25th infantry (Green machine) \nAus SAS \n  \nVC 272nd Civilian (PJs) \nPAVN 14th Regiment (NVA Greens and pith helmet) \n  \nBoth sides will have a fixed and out of game HQ with maps and radios. \n  \nWelcome to the War guys \nHi all and welcome to the next installment of our epic Vietnam story.  This is a full on FilmSim experience and everyone will be expected to play his or her part.  Like Milsim\, you may not be pulling your trigger all of the time\, however when the shit hits the fan\, it will really mean something.  We hope everyone can get fully immersed\, live\, eat and breathe the 1960s conflict. \n  \nWe can offer full rental kit for anyone that needs if for free and period rifles are only £20 for the weekend.  This will include 3 x 30rnd mags to get you going. \n  \nFor this game you will need: \nFull camping equipment \nWater – drinking \nAirsoft Kit (if you have it) \nFood and booze for the socials. \n  \nPlease try to bring and use period (ish) kit only if you can\, NOTHING modern looking can be taken into the field or it MUST be disguised to not break the immersion of the camp. \nThere will be an out of game camping area too for guys will plastic tents. \nWE HAVE A HUGE PILE OF FREE LOAD KIT TOO!! \n  \nGame times. \nFriday \nGates open at 3pm for those that want to get onsite early. \n  \nSaturday \nRegistration re-opens at 8.00am \nBriefing at 9.30am \nGame starts around 10am \nGame will finish when it finishes! \n  \nSunday \nBriefing at 9.30am \nGame will re-start at 10am \nGame will finish no later than 1pm \n  \nWe will provide field radios and maps for the commanders in the field.  PLEASE do not bring personal comms\, only platoon radios will be allocated and used.

SUMMARY:Deltas of Suhud - 1990s: The Hacku San Mountain
DESCRIPTION:FilmSim events is proud to present… \nDeltas of Suhud.  1990s \nThe Hacku San Mountain \nJuly 26-26 2025 \nGunman Eversley ALPHA \n£75 for the weekend\, only 30 a side \nTickets must be secured by means of a non-refundable deposit of £35 below. £40 balance due on arrival \n  \nJune 16th 1992. \nLocation: The Suhudian mountain range of the Hacku San on the Israeli Suhud border in the Zunglola regions eastern bulge. \n  \nThe situation between the Suhud government and NATO has dissolved. \nNATO UK and US units have been covertly marking out military targets using as number of special forces elements.  The evidence of a link with Suhud and Slavivan President Sovis has however caused concern.  Not only has the Slavivan government been linked with arms trades with Suhud but has also been linked to the Suhudian Security Service.  S3 \n  \nThere is still no concrete proof that the Suhad Presedent\, General Waqqas has WMD’s (weapons of mass destruction) however the rescue of the Pro Government regimes leader and anti Waqqas freedom fighter\, Ali Waddi\, has confirmed that the Suhud oil being bought by a conglomerate arm\, linked to the Russian government is not just exchanging money.  This two-way relationship also shored up the Slaviva connection for weapons\, military hardware and the security training. \n  \nNATO command has no choice but to take notice of this new intelligence and has put together a team from units used in earlier recon operations.  These units are from both the UK and the US forces and have in field experience of the Suhudian culture. \n  \nThe highest point of Suhud is in a large stretch of mountains called the Hacku San mountain range on the eastern border with Israel.  Situated in a huge bulge\, the mountains have peaks over 6000ft in some places but also have a number of huge plateaus dotted around it.  Some are open and flat\, others are richly covered in forests.  It’s the concern of NATO command that this remote plateaus could be used to conceal long-range missile systems.  The mountains are impassable from Israel and stretch across the entire bulge.  Only one road\, the Eastbound highway 1\, that runs from the Suez into Israel through Suhud and past its capitol of Carrack links Suhud to Israel.  No surprise\, this potion of the road has been closed since the independence of Suhud in 1964 and is one of the most highly secured roads in the world. \n  \nThe two units of UK and US will be dropped via helicopter into their drop locations and have 12 hours to get into the mountains\, gather Intel and get out again.  This is a black ops. \n  \nMeanwhile\, the Suhudian government has now been bolstered by President Slovis’s security advisor\, Kolon Maxim\, who has taken the role of head of S3 and put elements of his personnel team in places of control.  The security and counterintelligence has definably moved beyond its original level. \n  \n  \nWELCOME to FilmSim… \nWelcome to FilmSim events and Gunman Airsoft’s 1990s series of airsoft experiences. Rather than choose a historical setting\, we have chosen to make up a country in the Middle East and will introduce many others as we go. To give the game a small pedigree\, we have chosen a few real world things of the 1990s to help bring our fictional country to life. This is an airsoft game using equipment and period looking kit of the 1990s without it being factual. \n  \nSIDES. \n30 x NATO – any Arid/desert period clothing from any NATO country. However\, we don’t want 1 or 2 guys in the same clothing\, better to have at least a small unit of 4 or more. \nMixed green and desert or all desert/Arid only! No pure green. \nWeapons – NATO issue only (NO AK) \n  \n30 x Forces of Suhud – \nSuhudian Army – OG top and bottom or soviet Flora BDU uniform. All must be complete top and bottom matching\, no mixed OG and Camo. \nWebbing\, OG or Black. \nSecurity S3 operatives – Eastern block \nAK variants only. \nSuhud tribesmen – Anti NATO. Arab clothing\, any pre 1980s weapons. \n  \n  \nTimings \nArrival Friday night for a social. \nSaturday – 08.00am registration. \n09.30am Briefings and out.  This game will end 27 hours later at 1300hrs\, 1pm Sunday. \n  \nWe will have a huge pile of FREE loan uniforms and period correct rifles available for £20 for the weekend. A small shop will be provided too. \n  \nTickets are nonrefundable but you can sell them on if you can’t make the game.

Knowing it would take 40-50 years for the Internet to pervade everybody’s lives\, they created DARKSPIKE – a watcher program that could be used to spike the internet of specific target countries\, leaving them in darkness. It would be the ultimate weapon\, stopping conventional war\, but rendering opponents literally\, dead in the water.\nUnfortunately\, Russian advances in anti-virus software and pressure from US defence contractors who relied on the manufacture of hardware like bombs and bullets\, stopped the funding. The project was shelved in the sixties.\nDARKSPIKE sat waiting\, in a secure facility in Alaska\, until an ultra-right wing extremist group of influential Americans known as Cerberus stole it.\nAs we saw in the last game\, Cerberus lost possession of the remote trigger/arming device and the Darkspike cold-war shelved version to the Phoenix private military contractors who want to sell it to the highest terrorist bidder. However\, Cerberus still hold the upgraded control panel – the third part of the equation – which is needed to make it a superweapon. Each faction needs the missing parts held by the other to achieve their desired aim.\nUnfortunately\, Cerberus are now short of funds after paying USD7m to Phoenix in the last conflict.\nKraken 3 sees them in Serrano\, an ex-French Caribbean Island\, infamous for cocaine trafficking due to its lawlessness. Cerberus are partly financed by their drug processing and smuggling plant which proves the cash for their military and strategic ambitions.\n\nWhere Cerberus go\, we will no doubt see Phoenix and Law Enforcement following.\n\nOperation Kraken 3 will be a sequel adrenaline fuelled weekend of tactics\, asymmetrical warfare and role-play and is to be the twenty fifth game in this exciting Bad-To-The-Bone series.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLoadouts and Ruleset\n_______________________\n\nNATO JTF UNIT 37 SPECIAL FORCES\n============================\nMTP orMulticam* orTropic Multicam * orFlecktarn orAOR1 orConcamo\n\nTop and Bottom in matching camouflage – assault vests and chest rigs can be matching camo or solid green or tan – plate carriers ideal. As this is multi-agency\, you can wear law enforcement identification patches (DEA\, POLICE\, etc)US and NATO SF weaponry such as M4\, HK416/7\, SCAR is ideal.Headgear required – helmets\, reversed camo or plain baseball caps (must always be reversed) or plain or camo boonies.\n\n* multicam arid\, alpine and black not acceptable.\n\n\nPhoenix PMC\n=========\nTop and bottom in solid colours such as green/olive drab\, grey\, black or tan.Casual style – cargo or tactical trousers with fleece\, T-shirt or soft-shell jacket\, all solid colours – no jeans.Boots to be tactical – no trainers.Headgear – baseball caps only – must be plain colour not camo. SUMMARY:Vietnam: ‘Battle of the Chuối Gà River’
DESCRIPTION:FilmSim Events in association with Gunman Airsoft proudly presents…\nJune Nam\n\nPlease note: We are no longer offering Saturday only tickets. You are still welcome to leave after Saturday’s gaming has finished if you wish (please let us know if this is your intention to help us with planning)\, but we’d love very much for you to stay with us and play out the culmination of story events on the Sunday morning if you can.\n\nAll tickets are secured with a £35 non-refundable deposit below\, balance of £40 to be paid on arrival.\n\n\n‘Battle of the Chuối Gà River’ \nNAM FilmSim \nGunman Eversley ‘The Fire Base’ \n7-8 June 2025 \n£75 for the weekend with a £35 deposit \n  \n1965 (Fictional) \nIn the district of Cu Chi\, Northwest of Saigon\, near Cambodia. \n  \nThe Chuối Gà River has run dry due to debris blockages caused by the heavy American carpet-bombing and artillery strikes in the region. Its blockages and new route has created a large swamp that trickles away slowly.  The River used to be a major patrolling point in 1964 and the US military installed many small fuel depots and food stations for the locals who at that time were still part of the hearts and minds directive. However\, since the fall of Fort William and the US presence almost nonexistent in the region now\, the depots and food stations have been abandoned and more significant is the freedom at which the VC can move across the dry riverbed without anyone seeing them.  The few bridges that did span over the River Chuối Gà are now sagging ropes and rotten slats or have been destroyed.  The area has been cut off…Or was… \n  \nThe region is about to get another taste of the Green Machine as the 25th Infantry has been ordered back into Cu Chi along with a team of Engineers.  The mission is to dynamite areas of the blocked river and try to get it flowing again.  This will open up the region once more mobile boat patrols\, but they only have a few months before the rain season comes and makes its impossible to control the flow. \nWE HAVE A HUGE PILE OF FREE LOAN KIT TOO!! \n  \nGame times. \nFriday \nGates open at 3pm for those that want to get onsite early. \n  \nSaturday \nRegistration opens at 8.00am \nBriefing at 9.30am \nGame starts around 10am \nGame will finish when it finishes at 4pm \n  \nSunday \nBriefing at 9.30am \nGame will re-start at 10am \nGame will finish no later than 1pm \n  \nWe will provide field radios and maps for the commanders in the field.  PLEASE do not bring personal comms\, only platoon radios will be allocated and used.

SUMMARY:Red Mist 6: Operation Foxcub
DESCRIPTION:Red Mist 6: Operation Foxcub\n\n\nHe slipped the matchbook back into his breast pocket\, casting one final glance at the scribbled numbers inside:\n“278\n51.885364\n11.324183”\nIt was all he had. \nConvincing the Major to redirect the units had been a monumental challenge. It had taken forged intelligence\, fabricated orders\, and even a sabotaged radio to get them this far. The work had been messy—reckless\, even—but soon it wouldn’t matter. \nIf there had been more time to integrate himself into the operation\, perhaps it would have been easier. But then again\, plans rarely survived contact with reality. Years of meticulous training\, only to be thrown into a half-baked mission; yet the stakes were too high to back down now. If the intel was right\, this could be the only shot they had. \n‘No point in worrying now\,’ he thought\, checking his weapon. The coordinates led to a forest southwest of Magdeburg\, a place that could hold anything—or nothing. He was leading his platoon into the unknown. It was reckless\, dangerous—but then again\, they were already in the midst of World War Three. How much worse could it get? \nAbout\nWelcome to the next installment of our series set in 1985 in a fictional scenario where the Cold War in Europe gets hot!

Even in the early days\, it realised that the world wide web would develop and ultimately be used to control infrastructure; power stations\, oil flow\, water supplies\, transport. \nIf you could control that\, you could control the world. Knowing it would take 40-50 years for the Internet to pervade everybody’s lives\, they created DARKSPIKE – a watcher program that could be used to spike the internet of specific target countries\, leaving them in darkness. It would be the ultimate weapon\, stopping conventional war\, but rendering opponents literally\, dead in the water. \nUnfortunately\, Russian advances in anti-virus software and pressure from US defence contractors who relied on the manufacture of hardware like bombs and bullets\, stopped the funding. The project was shelved in the sixties. \nDARKSPIKE sat waiting\, in a room at Zebra\, until an ultra-right wing extremist group of influential Americans known as Cerberus stole it. \nAs we saw in the last game\, Cerberus tried to upgrade DARKSPIKE using AI – Artificial Intelligence. \nDARKSPIKE with its cold war flaws + AI = DARKSPIKE 2.0 – an upgraded weapon that can think its way around any cyber security or online resistance. If successful\, Cerberus would have birthed a new superweapon. \nFortunately\, their ambitions were thwarted by the NATO Joint Task Force and Phoenix PMC\, albeit for differing reasons. \nRealising the game was up and with the component parts of DARKSPIKE in the hands of different factions\, Cerberus abandoned Teller and ran to the wilderness. Switching to survivalist mode\, they would be safer in the wilds of Alaska and there is still a chance for them to get the components they need. \nIt’s also strange that the new American President seems quite happy to keep their exploits a secret from the usual US security agencies. It’s the home of a horrific cold war weapon. \nThe United States was a prime instigator of the Internet. It realised that the world wide web would develop and ultimately be used to control infrastructure; power stations\, oil flow\, water supplies\, transport. If you could control that\, you could control the world. \nUnfortunately\, Russian advances in anti-virus software and pressure from US defence contractors who relied on the manufacture of bombs and bullets\, stopped the funding and the project was shelved in the sixties. DARKSPIKE sat waiting\, in a room at Zebra. The lights on the console occasionally flickering\, like a sleeping heartbeat…That is\, until an ultra-right wing extremist group of influential Americans known as Cerberus decided to seize it. \nYou know the worst thing ?Nobody noticed. \nSeized is the wrong word. It was more infiltrated. The phones still got answered\, the right code words used.Teller is a long way from anywhere.Nobody noticed anything different.However\, something had changed. \nThe crazies had control. Cerberus had their long fingers around a doomsday weapon. \nThe other worst thing is that Cerberus now had AI – Artificial Intelligence – it’s 2025 not 1965 any longer.DARKSPIKE with its cold war flaws + AI = DARKSPIKE 2.0 – an upgraded weapon that can think its way around any cyber security or online resistance. Cerberus have birthed a new superweapon. \nSuddenly\, Phoenix operatives started showing up at Teller. This triggered algorithms on the computers of the watchers.Then\, the pagers of the Joint Task Force were sounding in the middle of the night.Soon\, all were on a converging course with OBLIVION \n\n\nOperation Kraken will be an adrenaline fuelled weekend of tactics\, asymmetrical warfare and role-play and is to be the twenty third game in this exciting Bad-To-The-Bone series. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLoadouts and Ruleset\n_______________________\n\nNATO JTF UNIT 37 SPECIAL FORCES\n============================\nTop and Bottom in matching camouflage – assault vests and chest rigs can be matching camo or solid green or tan – plate carriers ideal.\nUS and NATO SF weaponry such as M4\, HK416/7\, SCAR is ideal.\nHeadgear required – helmets\, camo baseball caps or boonies only.\n* multicam arid\, alpine and black not acceptable.\n\nPhoenix PMC\n=========\nTop and bottom in solid colours such as green/olive drab\, grey\, black or tan.\nCasual style – cargo or tactical trousers with fleece\, T-shirt or soft-shell jacket\, all solid colours – no jeans.\nBoots to be tactical – no trainers.\nHeadgear – baseball caps only – must be plain colour not camo.\nPlate carriers\, chest rigs or assault vests.\nWeapons can be eastern bloc or western\, but think military or law enforcement – no gold AK’s. \n\nCerberus=============\nCivilian clothes. SUMMARY:Okto Eight Milsim - Operation Scimitar 6
DESCRIPTION:Please note – this is a MilSim\, NOT a skirmish. Please do not book a place unless you are able to comply with the uniform\, weapon and ammo limits\, as well as understand and accept that you may spend long periods without shooting anything. Some role-playing is required for immersion\, we want everyone to feel like they are in a movie!\nPRICE £85 (£45 non-refundable deposit on ticket order and £40 due on arrival)\n\n\nOperation Scimitar 6 opens with the JTF still being trapped in country (failed evac from last game) and being in possession of the Chinese-manufactured DOOMBEAM launcher. Phoenix would also like to get their hands on it before it’s used against them by their enemies. There is also the matter of the elusive launch codes !!!\nJTF need to successfully deliver the launcher into the hands of Tizzit forces in accordance with political instructions\, but there is a more pressing issue.\nGeneral Huseyn\, representing the Iranian government\, was on his way to Tizzit to negotiate with its rightful ruler Habib Al Malik and discuss collaboration concerning the DOOMBEAM. Unfortunately\, his plane suffers a technical fault and crash lands in the Tizzit desert meaning that he and his accompanying bodyguards must take refuge in a house.\nJTF are ordered to apprehend him and put him in a top-secret black site run by the seemingly innocent NGO\, <IDAP> in Tizzit. To make matters worse\, Malik was unaware of its existence in his country!\nPhoenix wants to get to him first and ransom him back to the Iranians and the Tizzit Loyalist Army want to capture and return him unarmed to score points with Tehran\, although they don’t want to make it too obvious\, so as not to upset their allies. The TLA aren’t thrilled about the existence of a foreign black site either!\nOperation Scimitar 6 will be an adrenaline fuelled weekend of tactics\, asymmetrical warfare and role-play and is to be the twenty second game in this exciting Bad-To-The-Bone series.\n\nLOADOUT=======NATO JTF UNIT 37 SPECIAL FORCES============================\nTop and Bottom in matching camouflage – assault vests and chest rigs can be matching camo or solid green or tan – plate carriers ideal.US and NATO SF weaponry such as M4\, HK416/7\, SCAR is ideal.Headgear required – helmets\, camo baseball caps or boonies only.* multicam arid\, alpine and black not acceptable.\n\nPhoenix PMC=========Top and bottom in solid colours such as green/olive drab\, grey\, black or tan.Casual style – cargo or tactical trousers with fleece\, T-shirt or soft-shell jacket\, all solid colours – no jeans.Boots to be tactical – no trainers.Headgear – baseball caps only – must be plain colour not camo.Plate carriers\, chest rigs or assault vests.Weapons can be eastern bloc or western\, but think military or law enforcement – no gold AK’s.\n\nTizzit Loyalist Army=============Top and Bottom in matching DPM\, DDPM or M81 camouflage – load bearing equipment\, plate carriers\, assault vests and chest rigs can be matching camo or solid green or tan.US and NATO weaponry such as M4 is ideal – AK47’s and derivatives also allowedHeadgear required – Berets\, helmets\, boonies\, patrol caps or local headwear (no baseball caps).\n\nRULES====A full ruleset will be sent to each player by e-mail once deposited but a simple overview with primary rules listed for game assessment is as follows:Players must be 18 years of age or over – we may ask for proof.Children aged 16 and over are allowed to play providing they are accompanied by a playing parent or legal guardian. No Two Tone WeaponsOnly Single Shot (semi-auto) should be used. SUMMARY:September Vietnam: Recon
DESCRIPTION:FilmSim Events in association with Gunman Airsoft proudly presents…\nSeptember Nam\n£75 weekend ticket or £50 Sat only.\n\nAll tickets are secured with a £35 non-refundable deposit below\, balance of £40/£15 to be paid on arrival.\n\nSides:\n\nARVN (Tigerstripes)\nUS Troops (Greens) \nPAVN (Pith Helmets so the Aussies can join in)\nVC (Coolie hats/PJs) \n\nHi all and welcome to another Namtastic Filmsim airsoft adventure. As with all Filmsim events\, there is a theme that we play out with role play and a setting to make it feel like you’re in a movie. This will be no different. Each events missions will follow on from the last and no matter who won the battle historically\, we look at these events as something that might of happened even though in the end the victors will be the victors. \n\nMore details…\n  \nKhe Sanh Combat Base was a United States Marine Corps outpost in South Vietnam. The airstrip was built in September 1962. Fighting began there in late April of 1967 known as the “Hill Fights”\, which later expanded into the 1968 Battle of Khe Sanh. U.S. commanders hoped that the North Vietnamese Army would attempt to repeat their famous victory at the Battle of Dien Bien Phu\, and the battle ended as a failure for the North Vietnamese Army. The defense of Khe Sanh became one of the largest sieges of the war and commanded heavy international attention in the media one of several climactic phases of the Tet Offensive. On July 5\, 1968\, Khe Sanh was abandoned\, the U.S. Army citing the vulnerability of the base to enemy artillery. However\, the closure permitted the 3rd Marine Division to construct mobile firebase operations along the northern border area.\n\n1971 Black Ops – 1472 code name Miss Siagon\n\nThe Marines have been given orders to push out from their firebases and get intelligence on possible movement near the old airstrip as high command has plans for the army to retake the region and make a full push in the following year.\nThis operation has a top priority and a Seal team has been dropped behind the lines. This operation is important enough to ask for aid from the reluctant Australian SAS who are looking to withdraw from the conflict. Both units will rendezvous a click away from the target area and begin their sweeps and observations.\n\nPAVN/VC\n\nAn opportunity has presented itself in the form of distraction. Units of combat ready veterans of the 304th are making their way south and using local support from VC operated civilians. The old Khe Sanh airbase still has all its old runs and tunnels near it and all have been maintained.\n\nBoth the NVA and the US forces are not aware of each other or each other’s goals but there is a long history of the 3rd marine division and the 304th PAVN regiments.\n\nFREE uniforms available and period correct weapon systems for £25\nNon-booked players may be accommodated on the day if we are able at a cost of £85 \nLimited tickets \nWe have loads of free loan kit if needed.. \nTrip wires and land mines are a huge yes but must be sensible\, mk5 only and safely deployed.  If a trap is found and defused\, leave it there. \n  \nCivilians NONE THIS GAME!!! \n  \nCommendation – Gold dog tags \nWill be awarded via objectives  Gold hero tags can’t ever be taken.  Wear them with pride;) \n  \nDog tags are kept on soldiers even if they die and regen.  STRICT RULE. \nAll players MUST STAY ON THE GROUND FOR THE 2 MINUTE BLEED OUT….EVEN IF THEY ARE DEAD ‘IF THEY HAVE TAKEABLE DOGTAGS!!!

Comms are unreliable due to a sandstorm but the description of one of them sounds like Mason Granger. The leather jacket aroused some interest at Command !!\nComms is then lost before the patrol can be warned of their find.\nSuddenly the TLA and the JTF are rushing out to intercept\, on a converging course with a Phoenix rescue squad !!\nHabib Al Malik has been having talks with the Chinese who are very interested in helping the Tizzit cause – probably in exchange for oil and mineral rights\, but that’s another matter.\nAs a sign of good faith\, they give the TLA the new Chinese Army HJ-15 AT Launcher code-named Doombeam. The Doombeam is the latest in self-steering laser-homing technology.\nJust the thing to act as a force multiplier and take out Phoenix strongholds and vehicles.\nThe only problem is that the Tizzit mislay it in the same sandstorm and for a while\, haven’t a clue where it is.\nMuhamed the arms dealer is going to have a few sleepless nights…\nNATO would quite like to have a look too !!!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLoadouts and Ruleset\n_______________________\n\n\nNATO JTF UNIT 37 SPECIAL FORCES============================\nTop and Bottom in matching camouflage – assault vests and chest rigs can be matching camo or solid green or tan – plate carriers ideal.US and NATO SF weaponry such as M4\, HK416/7\, SCAR is ideal.Headgear required – helmets\, camo baseball caps or boonies only.* multicam arid\, alpine and black not acceptable.\n\nPhoenix PMC=========Top and bottom in solid colours such as green/olive drab\, grey\, black or tan.Casual style – cargo or tactical trousers with fleece\, T-shirt or soft-shell jacket\, all solid colours – no jeans.Boots to be tactical – no trainers.Headgear – baseball caps only – must be plain colour not camo.Plate carriers\, chest rigs or assault vests.Weapons can be eastern bloc or western\, but think military or law enforcement – no gold AK’s.\nTizzit Loyalist Army=============Top and Bottom in matching DPM\, DDPM or M81 camouflage – load bearing equipment\, plate carriers\, assault vests and chest rigs can be matching camo or solid green or tan.US and NATO weaponry such as M4 is ideal – AK47’s and derivatives also allowedHeadgear required – Berets\, helmets\, boonies\, patrol caps or local headwear (no baseball caps).\n\n\nRULES\nA full ruleset will be sent to each player by e-mail once deposited but a simple overview with primary rules listed for game assessment is as follows:\n\n\nPlayers must be 18 years of age or over – we may ask for proof.Children aged 16 and over are allowed to play providing they are accompanied by a playing parent or legal guardian. No Two Tone WeaponsOnly Single Shot (semi-auto) should be used. The old Khe Sanh airbase still has all its old runs and tunnels near it and all have been maintained.\n\nBoth the NVA and the US forces are not aware of each other or each other’s goals but there is a long history of the 3rd marine division and the 304th PAVN regiments.\n\nFREE uniforms available and period correct weapon systems for £25\n£75 with a £35 part payment to secure your place \nNon-booked players may be accommodated on the day if we are able at a cost of £85 \nThere will be no sat only tickets anymore.  If you can only play one day\, you can still buy the full event ticket. \nLimited tickets \nWe have loads of free loan kit if needed\, including guns.

SUMMARY:Okto Eight Milsim - Operation Scimitar 4
DESCRIPTION:Please note – this is a MilSim\, NOT a skirmish. Please do not book a place unless you are able to comply with the uniform\, weapon and ammo limits\, as well as understand and accept that you may spend long periods without shooting anything.\nPRICE £85\n\nIn all cases\, team places must be reserved with a £25- non-refundable deposit – no walk on available.\n\nA unique email address must be submitted for each player as tickets and further information will be sent direct to each player.\n\n\nPlayers must be 18 years of age or over – we may ask for proof.\n\nChildren aged 16 and over are allowed to play providing they are accompanied by a playing parent or legal guardian.\n\n\nStory:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe “Tizzit” are an indigenous people\, who have occupied a small area on the edge of what is now Libya for 3\,000 years. They are a proud race\, with their own language and customs. Colonel Gaddafi\, the former dictator of Libya did his best to eradicate them\, but instead he ended up eradicated himself\, throwing Libya into a terrible civil war.\n\nWe were last there in 2022 when Almukhtar\, a warlord in western Libya\, engaged Phoenix to try and eradicate the Tizzit so he could steal their oilfields. They didn’t quite manage to wipe out the Tizzit as a race\, but they did seize their land and oil. Tizzit became a nation under occupation by a cruel dictator.\n\nNow in 2024\, Almuhktar is on his deathbed. However\, his son is a simpering idiot and not fit to rule his father’s occupied territories.\nMason Granger\, head of Phoenix Securities has seen an opportunity for a power grab\, fancying himself as the new Caliph and has gone into megalomaniac mode.\n\nThe western world can’t stand by and let a bunch of mercenaries take control of a rich oil source. Almuhktar is a dictator but he could be negotiated with and was to some extent reliable. Granger is seen as untrustworthy due to a series of double-crosses and backtracks in other parts of the world.\nNATO is suddenly taking an interest in Tizzit again. The Tizzit resistance are still active and live out in the desert\, continually moving\, to avoid detection by Almuhktar’s hired guns.\n\nOperation Scimitar will be an adrenaline fuelled weekend of tactics\, asymmetrical warfare and role-play and is to be the twentieth game in this exciting Bad-To-The-Bone series.\n\nSpecial Forces\, PMC\, or the Tizzit…\n\nWho you going to fight for?\n\n\n\n\nInitial information is already posted on the Okto Eight Facebook page in the form of news clippings.\n\nOnce you decide who you will fight for and pay your deposit\, you will receive access to a secret Facebook page which will give you access to top secret reports and emerging information. At this time\, you can also communicate on a secure “comms” link to your team mates and discuss tactics. The other forces won’t see your comms or intel. If you aren’t a Facebook user\, we can arrange to send the information to you by e-mail. This information will not be available on the public OEM Facebook page and it will not be accessible until a player has booked and paid a booking deposit.\n\nForces and Missions\n\nSpecial Forces – Back in Tizzit for another tour. Mason Granger cannot be allowed to seize control. Your special skills are required to undermine and stop the power transfer between Almuhktar and Granger.\n\nPhoenix PMC – You are already running the military in Tizzit. Once Almuhktar sheds his mortal coil\, all you need to do is topple the milksop son and the oil is yours !!\n\nTizzit – The TLA (Tizzit Loyalist Army) . Fiercely loyal to their leader Habib Al Malik AKA the Desert Lion. They have a love of bright berets\, aviator sunglasses and medals\, but what they lack in tactics\, they make up for in terms of enthusiasm.\n\nThe TLA have had an uphill struggle since Almuhktar appeared on the horizon. His imminent demise gives you a shot at getting your country back. There is work to be done to rally the Almuhktar supporters who won’t follow the simpleton son. Many locals won’t want Granger\, a foreigner running the country !!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLoadouts and Ruleset\n_______________________\n\nNATO JTF UNIT 37 SPECIAL FORCES\n============================\nTop and Bottom in matching camouflage – assault vests and chest rigs can be matching camo or solid green or tan – plate carriers ideal.\nUS and NATO SF weaponry such as M4\, HK416/7\, SCAR is ideal.\nHeadgear required – helmets\, camo baseball caps or boonies only.\n* multicam arid\, alpine and black not acceptable.\n\nPhoenix PMC\n=========\nTop and bottom in solid colours such as green/olive drab\, grey\, black or tan.\nCasual style – cargo or tactical trousers with fleece\, T-shirt or soft-shell jacket\, all solid colours – no jeans.\nBoots to be tactical – no trainers.\nHeadgear – baseball caps only – must be plain colour not camo.\nPlate carriers\, chest rigs or assault vests.\nWeapons can be eastern bloc or western\, but think military or law enforcement – no gold AK’s.\n\nTizzit Loyalist Army\n=============\nTop and Bottom in matching DPM\, DDPM or M81 camouflage – load bearing equipment\, plate carriers\, assault vests and chest rigs can be matching camo or solid green or tan.\nUS and NATO weaponry such as M4 is ideal – AK47’s and derivatives also allowed\nHeadgear required – Berets\, helmets\, boonies\, patrol caps or local headwear (no baseball caps).\n\nRULES\nA full ruleset will be sent to each player by e-mail once deposited but a simple overview with primary rules listed for game assessment is as follows:\n\n\nA full ruleset will be sent to each player by e-mail once deposited but a simple overview with primary rules listed for game assessment is as follows:\nPlayers must be 18 years of age or over – we may ask for proof.\nChildren aged 16 and over are allowed to play providing they are accompanied by a playing parent or legal guardian.\nNo Two Tone Weapons\nOnly Single Shot (semi-auto) should be used.
