DESCRIPTION:Tuddenham Site Hire Information\nOverview\nHire our Tuddeham site exclusively for your own event. The venue will be available for your use from Friday through Sunday\, offering complete access and privacy for your group. \nPricing & Booking\n\nWeekend Hire Cost: £1\,500 (This covers up to 30 Players)\nAdditional Players: £30 per person (This is for any Players above your first 30)\nSecurity Deposit: £800 (non-refundable)\nFinal Balance: Due no later than 28 days prior to your hire date\n\nYour booking is only confirmed once the £800 security deposit has been received. The final payment must be made by the due date to retain your reservation. \nSite Access & Timings\n\nArrival: From 9:00 on Friday (Earlier access can be arranged to be to on Thursday with an extra cost of £150)\nDeparture: From 15:00 on Sunday\n\nA member of our team will be on-site during handover to confirm the area has been left clean and tidy.\n\n\n\nFacilities Included\n\nToilets: Two portable toilets included (additional units available at £150 each)\nRubbish: There is a skip for general waste. Please ensure waste is in bin liners.\n\nFacilities Not Included\n\nPower: There is no power on site. The admin building has lighting and socket outlets installed which can be powered by a portable generator. You will need a lead with a 32A socket to connect your generator to the wall inlet.\nInsurance: Event insurance not included. This can be arranged through us at an additional cost if required.\nWater: There is no running water on site.
